It’s been such a fabulous week celebrating all the hard work & fun in the garden for the year. All classes got to make fresh FAUX-jitos aka mojitos w/ fresh mint from the garden. They were amazingly refreshing on these hot spring days we had.

Today we picked goumi berries, thimbleberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
We also have been enjoying the incredible selection of flowers in the garden, including white roses, calendula, clematis, and more.

We have been doing snail patrol, learning about invasive animals & insects in the garden. But today we had snail races…
