Parents digging some fun

Everyone was diggin’ it!

Watch out for flying dirt!

A pile of compost lands on the soil we had. Look at the plant growth in the compost and none on the other soil!

Who would think that working on Saturday would be so fun!

We had parents and students transplanting compost into the raised beds of our new garden. We also were building our beds and soil bin that will supply our native plant restoration program. The 7th graders wre the real heroes, they had worked for two days straight doing a lot of digging and shoveling to help start this project!
